Air Bouncers Limited, Registration Number 573680 were placed into Administration (Liquidation) in December 2022 and were the Defendants of a High Court action in Dublin, Ireland, relating to a breach of an undertaking previously given by its Director(s).

The Court ruled in favour of the plaintiff and no defence was offered by the Defendants or their agents.

The company was insolvent at the time of being placed into Liquidation and had unpaid creditors in excess of € 291,000.00 as well as dozens of worthless warranties for past clients.

On taking control of the company, the Official Liquidator advised the creditors that there were no assets or funds available in the company. Shortly before the above company was wound up, one of the above-named directors, Mr Austin Gohery, registered a near identical named company in the UK.
